At Simply Ren Studio, each piece is thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase!

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or items ordered in error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in creating and packaging each order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simplyrenstudio.ny@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, when available, or a refund. Return shipping will not be required for items that arrive damaged unless otherwise arranged.

Natural Variations

Our oyster and scallop shell creations are made using natural shells, each with its own unique shape, size, texture, and markings. These natural variations are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
